Emergency Operations Center (EOC)
The City of Novato EOC is a location from which centralized emergency management can be performed during a major emergency or disaster. The level of EOC staffing depends upon the situation. The City of Novato EOC is located at the Novato Fire District Administrative Office at 95 Rowland Way.
